TAI CHI for Health. New reasearch
In the International medical journal Cell Transplantation a research team found that tai chi increases the number of stem cells in practitioners. Practitioners saw their cell count increase in increments of 3 to 5 times.
Regular tai chi exercises helped subjects with heart function, reinvigorated stem cell count in the brain, balanced excitement and inhibition controls and helped with mental trauma and nerve exhaustion.
